Are you the owner of a classic BMW? Make sure to register for the BimmerFest Classics in Den Bosch (NL). For this indoor theme, BimmerFest is looking for those unique BMW classics, that deserve to be at the center of the attention. Are you curious if your BMW meets the requirements? Register in advance and you might be invited for one of the 40 indoor spots! A registration in advance is mandatory.
Which classic BMWs are welcome?
In order to clarify the theme for participants, we have chosen to make a clear list of the selected models. This selection isn’t based on a year of production or minimum (model) age, but is based on the style of the BMW. The following models are selected for the BimmerFest Classic theme: Isetta, 2002, 1600 GT, E3, E9, E12, E21, E23, E24, E28, E30, M1, Z1, Z8, 2000CS, 3200CS, and the 500, 600 and 700 series. Is your BMW not mentioned in the list, but are you convinced it matches the theme? Do not hesitate to send us an email and you might get selected after all!
Classic BMW bikes welcome as well?
Since BimmerFest started with the production of BMW bikes, prior to producing BMW cars, these two wheeled BMW classics are automatically welcome to join the classic theme as well. So are you driving an original bike or cafe racer, you’re more than welcome to join BimmerFest on the 2nd of June. The selected BMW bikers will also receive a free entry ticket in advance.
BimmerFest Classics selection
A few BMW enthusiasts that are involved with BimmerFest, will be selecting the BMWs that would like to attend the BimmerFest Classic theme. It therefore is possible, that your BMW is mentioned in the list of selected models, but won’t get invited to join the theme. This may be because of the many applications for one certain model (for example the BMW E30). Or because of the style of the BMW classic doesn’t match the classic theme. All classics that aren’t selected for the indoor theme, will automatically get a paddock card for the outdoor paddock at BimmerFest.
It’s not allowed for private owners to put their car up for sale, or place any type of advertisement on or near the classic. Even a BMW classic dealer needs permission to promote their classics and/or company. Permission can be requested in advance, by contacting the organization.
