BMW clubs are the center of BimmerFest. Are you coming along with a club? Then you won’t need to request a separate paddock card (for the individual paddock or a theme) yourself. This way, we won’t reserve a double spot for just one BMW.
How does a BMW club registration work?
If a club or group would like to join BimmerFest, the club contact will register the members all at once. We ask them to send along a few registration details, such as the amount of BMWs they’d like to register. After we have divided the terrain and the club paddock numbers are available, we will send the club paddock card to the contact. This will not be earlier than four weeks prior to the event.
It’s therefore common that a club member won’t get the paddock card up to a few weeks prior to the event. The paddock card will be send by the club contact/chairman. So don’t request a paddock card yourself in the meantime, but just be patient a little while longer.
Non BMW club still welcome?
In case your club has multiple brands, the BMW owners of the club are naturally welcome to join the BimmerFest club paddock. They can simply register with their usual club name. The only difference is that the non-BMW drivers aren’t welcome in the club paddock. We do of course have enough space in the parking.
