Sunday the 7th of June: BimmerFest 2026!
It’s almost BimmerFest time! It’s going to be extremely busy, so be prepared for crowds on the access road and at the entrance. We sum up the most important information, please read this carefully.
Don’t show up too early!
We appreciate your enthusiasm, but ask you to keep the following times in mind:

BMW clubs / ALPINA – 9.30 a.m.
Paddock / Classics – 10.00 a.m.
Arriving too early is of no use, so please arrive at the mentioned times. Thank you in advance.
Floor plan: BimmerFest 2026!
We have been working like crazy to finish the floor plan during the past few days. It has been a massive task to come to a right layout. Until the end of May, there were still adjustments to be made to the companies. The latest version of the floor plan can be found on the homepage of the website or click on the link below:

Bring exact change to the entry
We are very happy with all the visitors who have already bought tickets in advance, thank you! Should anyone still be travelling without tickets, there are still tickets for sale at the entrance for
€ 30 each. To keep the flow as smooth as possible, we ask you to bring cash, since ATM’s have a bad connection due to the area. Credit cards will not be accepted. Thanks in advance.
Printed paddock cards
Make sure your paddock card is clearly visible on your dashboard so the paddock crew can direct you to the right place. Showing a paddock card on your phone is not an option, since it cannot by read by the crew when you’re passing by.
If you arrive at the entrance without a printed paddock card, you will be directed to the regular parking area. So make sure you don’t forget your paddock card!

Food and drink coins / jetons
During the event, you can buy tokens to pay for your food and drinks. One token costs 3 euros. These tokens are breakable, so you can easily snap them in half to pay. Tokens can be used to buy food, drinks, and ice cream during the entire event. Please buy your tokens at the cash desk before you order at a food or drinks stand.
No car wash on site
We recommend that you arrive at BimmerFest with a clean car. There are no facilities on site for washing your car. There are several car washes in the area that you can use in the morning, such as Budget Car Wash Venray, which opens at 7.00 am.
